Billing Specialist I

We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to support our SaaS billing operations by handling day-to-day invoicing, collections, and accounts payable tasks. As a Billing Specialist, you’ll support our invoicing and billing operations (30%), drive collections and accounts receivable (60%), and assist with accounts payable tasks (10%). This role reports to the Accounting Manager and will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-friendly billing processes. You will generate and distribute accurate customer invoices on a timely basis, maintain and manage billing schedules, handle billing adjustments, monitor aging reports, resolve disputes and apply incoming payments. The required skills include 2–3 years in billing, proficiency in billing software, advanced Excel skills, familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to clearly communicate complex billing scenarios.
