Guest Services Specialist

You'll be joining our Tailwind team, supporting smaller short-term rental operators with outstanding guest communication and property management services. Tailwind combines smart technology with real people to deliver 24/7 support — helping our partners provide an exceptional guest experience while growing their businesses. This role blends technology, customer service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, providing accurate information, handling guest complaints, assisting with reservations, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining communication templates, and providing feedback to improve processes. Vendor liaison duties for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. involving dispatch and invoicing, are also required. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal English skills. Located in Barranquilla, Colombia. Previous experience in guest services, strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, attention to detail, empathy, critical thinking, and the willingness to learn new software are essential. Short term rental and PMS (property management system) experience required.
