You'll be joining the Tailwind team, supporting smaller short-term rental operators with outstanding guest communication and property management services. This role blends technology, customer service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, handle complaints, assist with booking, and coordinate with internal teams.
As a Reservations Agent, you will conduct daily arrival and departure checks, advise international guests by phone or email ensuring a pleasant guest journey, and maintain our PMS and hotel-specific systems as well as guest and customer data. You will also review existing reservations and incoming payments, apply Ruby SOPs daily, and conduct monthly overnight statistics and process commissions.
