Responsibilities:

  • Creating a genuine, informative, and personalized guest resort reservations experience.
  • Adding information to guest history such as previous stay experience, special occasions and preferences.
  • Maintaining complete knowledge of the resorts.

Qualifications:

  • Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position at a luxury resort.
  • Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
  • Must possess gracious people and sales skills.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to work cohesively with other departments and coworkers as part of a team.
  • Assisting and ensuring effective guest challenge resolution.
  • Ensuring that all billing and financial transactions are accurately and efficiently executed.
