Responsibilities:
- Manage complete, accurate, and timely processing of designated claims.
- Review and respond to daily correspondence from physician practices.
- Resolve SalesForce cases and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate with 5+ years in medical billing or equivalent claims experience.
- Must understand revenue cycle performance drivers; Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with athenaOne, Salesforce, and VA payers preferred.
