Job Description
Turn early wins into portfolio-wide rollouts, measurable value realization, and durable executive partnerships. Execute upon and further refine the expansions playbook, strengthen client relationships, and translate the value that the Product and Client Success teams have delivered into long-term, multi-community growth. Quarterback portfolio expansion by building and executing expansion strategies that move partners from pilot(s) to multi-community deployments across their portfolio, including new products and add-ons. Cultivate C-suite and regional champions at operators, REITs, and PE-owned platforms; lead regular business reviews, align on goals, and remove blockers. This position will require up to 50% travel spending time in-person with partners and in-person at office.
