Senior Accounting and Payroll Specialist

The Senior Accounting and Payroll Specialist will process invoices and payments, maintain vendor records, and ensure 1099s are distributed. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts payable transactions, maintaining general ledger balances, and communicating with internal teams to resolve payment issues. The role also involves managing bi-weekly and monthly payroll cycles for U.S. and international employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance, partnering with HR for new hires and compensation changes, and serving as the first point of contact for employee payroll questions. Additional duties include managing payroll audit processes, ensuring accurate employee reimbursements, and supporting benefits administration and financial perks, ensuring alignment with company policy. They will be joining a small but impactful Accounting team, closely supporting the company's global workforce with accurate total rewards.
