Business Operations Manager

As a Business Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our local EORs in North America region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and therefore maximizing value for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams at RemoFirst, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment between local partner strategies, and RemoFirst internal initiatives to drive overall business growth. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing processes, monitoring performance metrics, improving stakeholder onboarding, ensuring efficient platform use, monitoring departmental efficiency, and designing solutions to resolve complaints. This role also involves working with tax calculators, country guides, compliance, offering operational data, ensuring smooth workflows, tracking escalations, establishing a safe work environment, assisting with employee appraisals, and analyzing data for budget planning.
