Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality, prompt assistance with triaging and coordination of transfers.
- Monitor and respond to triage needs and complete direct referral acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with referral sources, physicians, and nurses.
Qualifications:
- Valid LVN license required; CPI and CPR certification within 30 days.
- Previous experience in behavioral health and substance use field preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
