What You'll Do:
- Take cases that are already triaged by the healthcare ops team and build an execution plan.
- Work the plan using provided resource directories and find your own when needed.
- Keep ops informed, call the patient with progress, and document everything accurately.

- Deeply empathetic, wired with urgency, and relentless in solving problems.
- A planner who acts, turning messy cases into concrete next steps.
- A clear communicator on the phone and in writing who builds trust fast.
Qualifications:
- Active LPN/LVN license, CHW certification, or equivalent patient-navigation experience.
- 2+ years of patient- or community-facing support experience.
- Working knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and insurance.
The Arrangement:
- Remote 1099 independent contractor role covering 24/7 with at least 20 hours per week.
- Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays plus on-call rotation.
- Rate is $20–$30 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
