Job Description
Fixify is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to thrive in solving problems and rethink how support is delivered. This individual will jump into a fast-moving environment and bring clarity and speed to troubleshooting. They will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, coordinate with engineering on automation workflows, and partner with stakeholders to improve workflows. The role involves shift rotations to provide weekend support.
