Job Responsibilities:
- Lead client relationships with a portfolio of DC clients and provide strategic support to Senior Client Directors.
- Partner with senior directors on strategic accounts, coordinate meetings, and provide updates on operational performance.
- Take ownership of client retention activity, manage 'at risk' relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen outcomes.
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in DC product solutions and marketplace, with corporate client relationship management in a provider or intermediary.
- Understanding of DC pension administration and operational matters, with demonstrable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to listen to client issues, understand challenges, and leverage L&G resources to address and resolve them.
