The Senior Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Corporate/Central serves as the strategic HRBP leader supporting WelbeHealth’s central functions, such as Finance, Legal, Technology, People, Sales/Outreach and Enrollment, and the broader corporate infrastructure. The Senior Director partners closely with executives and senior leaders to align the People strategy with the enterprise’s evolving needs. This position requires strong consultative capability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
The Senior Director is accountable for elevating People practices, fostering leadership effectiveness, and delivering strategic workforce solutions within dynamic, matrixed functions. The person in this role will also lead workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design with assigned business areas.
