Your Mission:
- Ensure our platform (HSS, DRA, PGW) is fully optimized for local market requirements.
- Bridge the gap between standardized engineering sprints and custom-heavy needs of local MNOs, regulators, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement discovery workshops with local MNOs and regulators.
- Define business rules for Number Portability and voice/SMS routing.
- Mentor Solution Analysts on best practices for writing user stories and functional specifications.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect in Telecom or Tech.
- Proven ability to synthesize regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks.
- Comfortable discussing SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers.
