About the Role:
- Support the Service Design & Experience team under the MODES III contract.
- Identify and validate emerging technologies for improved user and mission outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technology and market research, produce innovation briefs, and support experiments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on human-centered design and integration.
- Track implemented innovations to assess realized benefits.
Qualifications:
- Requires an active Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years in technology research or innovation support.
- Experience in federal, DoD, or enterprise IT environments.
