Role Overview:
- Director-level opportunity applying AI, machine learning, and automation to modernize support environments.
- Combines hands-on technical architecture, solution prototyping, strategic consulting, and executive-level engagement.
- Fully remote position supporting government and commercial clients with 10-25% travel expected.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assess complex operating environments and translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Design future-state support models with conversational AI, agentic automation, intelligent workflows, and analytics.
- Support business development including proposals, discovery sessions, business cases, and executive presentations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent; 15+ years of professional experience preferred.
- 8+ years in AI/ML, intelligent workflow automation, or related field preferred.
- US citizenship required with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $170,144-$230,000.
