Job Description

Consulting and Support: Serves as a consultant to customers and company personnel, providing ongoing support to resolve application-related and image quality concerns. Works with physicians, clinicians, and other staff to ensure proper operation of Fujifilm products. Provides remote and onsite training.

Technical and Compliance: Maintains documentation to support customer training and ensures compliance with the company’s quality management system. Provides telephone and remote clinical support via the Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Complies with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements.

Communication and Collaboration: Makes appropriate contacts within HCUS and at customer sites to coordinate training and works to gain customer acceptance of Fujifilm solutions. Maintains effective communication with various departments within HCUS, including Service, Engineering, and Customer Service.
