Job Description
Gains familiarity with Fulfillment Support concepts, practices and methodologies. With guidance, performs basic implementation and related duties, including: Working with team members to gain understanding of customer account conditions and implementation and/or configuration related requests. Installing, maintaining, uninstalling and troubleshooting equipment and systems. Handling client questions about installation, billing and ongoing service requirements. Responding to client queries and service requests. Liaising with internal technical and support teams to help with service responses. Documenting and reporting on status and progress. Gains understanding of client implementation and related technical / data transfer protocols.
