Chief of Staff

This is a highly dynamic and cross-functional role supporting the Founder and Fractional COO. The Chief of Staff will manage key operational initiatives, conduct strategic research, build polished materials for clients, and ensure that priorities stay on track across multiple engagements. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and proactive—and can operate with minimal direction, synthesize information quickly, and communicate with clarity and professionalism. Key responsibilities include research & analysis, data review, creating client deliverables, KPI management, process optimization and operational support.
