Job Description
Our R&D department gathers a team of 60+ engineers divided into 10+ squads. Each squad includes developers, product managers and designers. The Website squad is one of them. Composed of 2 engineers, 1 Product Manager and 1 Designer, its objective is to empower our 25+ person marketing team to manage content autonomously through our CMS and emerging AI tools. It will also build memorable digital experiences including campaign microsites like our L&D Maturity Model that bring our brand and product story to life. The squad supports our acquisition channels (paid, content, partners, SEO) with high-performance, conversion-optimized pages and integrates deeply with our martech stack (Marketo, Wistia, Chili Piper, AI SEO tooling) to keep our growth engine humming, along with continuous experimentation with new frameworks and automation that make our site faster, smarter, and more creative. The Website is both a technical product and a creative platform, and it is the cornerstone of all 360Learning marketing.
