Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager provides full-spectrum leadership and oversight for all aspects of task-level and field-level project execution, especially technical delivery, contract compliance, personnel supervision, financial management, and customer engagement. This role may oversee multiple concurrent projects and is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all assigned efforts within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. The Senior Project Manager will interface with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality performance and contract alignment. The job duties include leading all phases of project execution, supervising personnel, assigning tasks, and managing vendor relationships. Additionally, the candidate will identify and resolve project risks, prepare status reports, and implement continuous improvements to optimize delivery and team efficiency.
