You'll lead Atomic's highest-priority cross-functional projects, starting with European expansion, and ensure the integrity of books and financial operations.
Reporting directly to the CFO and FinOp, you'll coordinate with leadership across finance, compliance, legal, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Build the project management function as the initial hire, including intake, prioritization, templates, and status reporting.
Take on core controllership responsibilities, from owning accounting books to running the consolidated month-end close and preparing for audit.
Back up the CFO on treasury, including cash positioning, payment approvals, and cash runway forecasts.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of project management experience delivering complex initiatives on scope and on time in financial services.
Meaningful finance and accounting experience in fintech, banking, brokerage, or RIA environments.
Proficiency with project management tools and NetSuite, plus working knowledge of US corporate tax compliance.
