Senior Counsel for Payments

Accountabilities:

• Provide legal and regulatory guidance on US financial services laws, including money transmission.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and security teams to embed KYC, AML, and data privacy controls.
• Manage external counsel on specialized regulatory matters and support internal product risk reviews.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to a US state bar.
• 7+ years of legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain.
• Strong expertise in US payments compliance and experience advising on fintech product matters.
