Primary Responsibilities:
- Process new and refill prescription medications accurately using e-Prescribing software.
- Ensure proper and timely shipment by resolving gating tasks and completing data entry.
- Own pharmacy partner relationships from launch through quality review and demand forecasting.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy/lab experience a plus.
- Technically savvy with ability to learn new software quickly.
- Patient-centric, highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
