Job Description
Identify & win new business. build and manage a robust pipeline of agency and advertiser leads across EMEA. Focus on performance-driven agencies managing large Meta/Google/Affiliate portfolios, as well as direct advertisers in growth verticals (e.g., ecommerce, gaming, fintech, apps). Drive revenue growth by leading the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo/pitch, negotiation, closing. Secure credit line adoption and platform onboarding deals aligned to monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Develop deep, consultative relationships with key decision-makers (Founders, Performance Directors, Affiliate Managers etc...). Position Adtucon.io as both a financial and technological partner for their scaling needs. Track competitive trends and market shifts. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure client feedback informs roadmap and go-to-market. Own sales pipeline accuracy, deal tracking, and revenue forecasting in CRM.
