Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new and existing jobs to recommend internal grade, title, and pay plans.
  • Conduct frequent market pricing and competitive pay analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Review offers and develop compensation packages for internal moves and external hires.

Program Support & Compliance:

  • Support mass updates in Workday and perform data audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure all global compensation programs comply with local, regional, and international regulations.
  • Track legislative changes and recommend program adjustments to mitigate risk.

Analysis & Communication:

  • Perform reporting from HRIS and market data systems to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Develop clear communications and deliver program content to educate stakeholders.
  • Perform base pay and incentive forecasting to support the organization's financial planning.
