Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new and existing jobs to recommend internal grade, title, and pay plans.
- Conduct frequent market pricing and competitive pay analysis to inform compensation decisions.
- Review offers and develop compensation packages for internal moves and external hires.
Program Support & Compliance:
- Support mass updates in Workday and perform data audits to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all global compensation programs comply with local, regional, and international regulations.
- Track legislative changes and recommend program adjustments to mitigate risk.
Analysis & Communication:
- Perform reporting from HRIS and market data systems to identify trends and anomalies.
- Develop clear communications and deliver program content to educate stakeholders.
- Perform base pay and incentive forecasting to support the organization's financial planning.
