This role involves strategic collaboration with Accounting, Risk, Sales, Sales Support, and Development teams, requiring technical expertise and comprehensive systems knowledge across multiple administrative platforms. Key focus areas include meeting service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining high-quality standards, and providing leadership and analytical support. Key Responsibilities include Quality Assurance, Fee Implementation, Contract and Rate Programming, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Service Level Management, Quality Control, Training & Documentation, Risk Mitigation, Dealer Launch Support, Escalation Assistance, and Management Support. The role requires the ability to multi-task, analytical and problem-solving skills, customer service excellence, and strong communication and organizational skills.
