Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform.
- Configure and customize the Braze platform to implement agreed-upon strategies.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Braze’s messaging capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Automation.
- Experience working with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot.
- Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
Skills:
- Attention to detail, including QA of CRM Campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability in leveraging AI tools.
