What you’ll do:
- Be the Project Champion: Lead technical onboarding and ensure successful launches.
- Drive Seamless Integration: Partner with client IT for system interfaces and maintain existing ones.
- Tier 2 Technical Support & Growth: Troubleshoot tickets and coordinate resolutions, grow technically.
What You’ll Bring:
- Background in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience in software implementation, onboarding, and integrations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
