Direct Mail
Impact:
- Own and lead the acquisition campaign strategy for Direct Mail, Email, and SMS channels.
- Develop and manage campaign roadmaps and testing agendas to continuously improve channel performance against key acquisition KPIs, including response rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Creative, Product, and Strategy teams to ensure campaigns are accurately targeted, properly fulfilled, and measured against defined goals.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience in performance or acquisition marketing, with direct ownership of at least two of the following channels: Direct Mail, Email, or SMS.
- Possess a solid understanding of SMS marketing compliance requirements, including TCPA regulations and opt-in/opt-out management.
Physical Demands:
- Work is primarily sedentary, performed indoors from a home or company office environment.
- The role requires regular use of a computer, telephone, and other standard office productivity equipment.
- Occasional travel may be required for vendor meetings, industry conferences, or internal team events (estimated up to 10% of time).
