HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Own the channel: Define and lead Tilt’s direct mail strategy, including targeting approach, prescreen criteria, offer design, testing roadmap, and long-term scale plan.
- Drive profitable acquisition: Partner with credit to balance approval rates, losses, and customer value - ensuring direct mail delivers resilient, profitable growth.
- Build the test-and-learn engine: Design and execute structured tests across audience segments, offers, creative, formats, and cadence to continuously improve performance.
WHY YOU’RE A GREAT FIT:
- You have hands-on experience running direct mail for lending products, ideally credit cards.
- You’re deeply analytical and comfortable working with SQL and Python day-to-day to evaluate funnel performance and segment level unit economics.
- You understand prescreened acquisition strategies, and how marketing and credit policy intersect.
