Clinical Operations Consultant - Hospice

Responsibilities:

• Analyze clinical operational structures and audit results.
• Evaluate appropriateness of clinical services through documentation review.
• Perform on-site visits and assessments, recommending corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing (RN) with state licensure.
• Minimum five years of experience in a Medicare-certified hospice agency.
• Intermediate technology skills including Microsoft Office; HCHB experience preferred.
