Role Overview:

  • Support consistent, high-quality business office operations across multiple hospice locations through training, tools, and best-practice guidance.
  • Partner with Area and Program leadership to analyze operational and administrative data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
  • Lead onboarding, refresher training, and ongoing education for administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support accurate and timely payroll and billing processes by reinforcing documentation standards and resolving discrepancies.
  • Promote timely, accurate admissions and discharge documentation through audits and HIPAA-compliant practices.
  • Maintain standardized processes and reporting for area-level office operations, including supplies and vendor coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of progressive administrative experience; hospice or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with EMR and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
