The Payroll Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in payroll delivery for employees across multiple regions. You will lead a team of payroll specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll systems, implement best practices, and ensure smooth payroll operations as Deel continues to scale.
