Senior General Manager

We are seeking a LG Senior General Manager (Multi-site) to oversee our Orlando & Tampa branches which covers the Sales Territory. You are a fit for Leafguard if you are driven and can motivate employees, focused on getting the job done, and genuinely care about putting the Customer first. Responsibilities include driving recruiting and talent acquisition, managing sales leads, holding branch meetings, and handling branch administration related to sales, installation, commission and payroll. Requirements include the ability to multitask, understand digital platforms, and prior experience managing a franchise, branch, or multi-site store.
