Develop and manage the Lyra Israel Work Force Mental Health (WFMH) Operations, which is due to be launched in Q3 2025. The manager will be responsible for all aspects of the operations including the recruitment and onboarding of a high-quality clinical team, the liaison with our in-country partners and key stakeholders as well as ensuring ongoing operational excellence. The manager is also required to manage all aspects related to clinical governance and quality.

The Manager, Operations will lead a motivated team, support volunteer leaders, and drive the delivery of Team Rubicon Services and capabilities while managing resources, finances, and personnel issues. This position requires a detailed understanding of all specific functions within the Operations Department and expertise in planning, mobilization, and demobilization operations.
