Job Description

The Client Operations Manager is responsible for increasing client satisfaction and service by reviewing various service delivery metrics and team processes to drive process improvement changes. As a member of the Cielo client services leadership team, the Client Operations Manager will focus on helping their team and leaders deliver business-changing insights and build and maintain progressive and cutting-edge talent acquisition solutions. This role involves hardwiring, driving best practices, assisting in the stabilization and optimization of accounts, and understanding delivery analytics for efficiency. The role focuses on delivery standards and journey mapping activities, consulting with client service leaders, reviewing trends and opportunities, partnering with shared services, developing and tracking productivity metrics, and managing process and technology effectiveness. The role includes analyzing and troubleshooting operational issues, leading change management initiatives, coordinating projects, communicating progress, and driving best practice sharing. The Client Operations Manager will lead the development of training to increase operational efficiency, compliance, service, and overall client satisfaction.
