Leads proposal development from strategy through final submission for complex, high-priority opportunities.
Manages writing teams, reviews content, and monitors quality to ensure compliant and compelling proposals.
Collaborates with business development, technical leads, and pricing analysts to craft customer-centric proposals.

Qualifications and Experience:

Typically 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with a Master's degree.
Minimum 5+ years of managerial or leadership experience in cross-disciplinary proposal efforts.
Knowledge of DoD acquisition procedures, FAR, and Shipley Proposal Development Model.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range of $160,000 to $190,000 per year.
