Recruiter

The Tutera360 Recruiter plays a key role in overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions within an assigned community. This dynamic and hands-on role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. In addition to managing recruitment efforts, the Tutera360 Recruiter supports retention initiatives by completing and reviewing New Hire Feedback Logs and Exit Interviews. This position is critical in identifying challenges within recruitment and retention programs and collaborating closely with regional teams and community leadership to develop and implement effective solutions. Regular onsite visits to assigned communities are also required to maintain strong engagement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
