People Business Partner Sr. Advisor

Acting as a business advisor, the People Business Partner aligns business objectives with employees, leaders and managers. Drives outstanding business results by engaging, supporting, and developing the organization’s people plans. Works alongside senior business leaders to drive employee engagement. Executes People & Culture policy and procedures, acts as a strategic partner to address chronic organizational challenges and provide immediate fixes to acute situations. Collaborates with business leaders to identify business priorities and leverage strategic people planning to build consistency across the organization. Ensures alignment of the people plan, people programs and tools with business strategic goals, and advises on the development and implementation of the holistic people plan for the assigned groups. Identifies and predicts current and future talent needs and influences the design and implementation of strategic talent management solutions.
