Join CCMSI’s growing nationwide claims team as a Multi-Line Claim Representative II – Commercial Trucking Cargo Adjuster, supporting a dedicated client account. In this fully remote role, you’ll investigate, evaluate, and resolve cargo and auto physical damage (APD) claims across multiple jurisdictions within the lower 48 states. You will analyze cargo claims, review documentation, conduct interviews, assess loss, and determine compensation. The adjuster will negotiate settlements, maintain records, and stay informed about cargo liability laws.
