Accountabilities:
- Support project controls, cost accounting, and financial analysis by integrating scope, cost, and schedule data.
- Implement and maintain Earned Value Management Systems, track planned value, earned value, and actual costs.
- Analyze cost and schedule variances, prepare monthly performance reports, and evaluate estimates to complete.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in earned value management or project controls.
- Strong understanding of EVM methodologies, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and experience with Deltek Cobra or similar tools.
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one; PMP certification is a plus.
