Engagement Manager with Due Diligence Expertise

We’re looking for experienced strategy consultants to serve as Engagement Managers on our team. Our ideal candidate has successfully led client engagement work at a top consulting firm and is looking to continue that work in the flexible consulting model that Artemis Connection provides. She/He is a strategic thinker, structured communicator, and excellent project manager. This role seeks a contractor to perform independent risk assessments and due diligence reports for applicants and existing participants in a portfolio of Small Business Investments. This is a year-long remote-based project for one of our clients. It has the potential for up to two 12-months extensions. Tasks include analyzing financials, market trends, management teams, compliance, and risks, providing comprehensive reports with ratings and recommendations and maintaining strict confidentiality, quality control, and compliance with small business regulations.
