Client Program Operations:
Oversee client program operations, including plan management and program deployment.

Serve as a subject matter expert on client programs, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and success.
Facilitate client relationships, including proactive communication and client retention strategies.
Represent leadership in internal and external meetings.
