This role is tailored for a problem-solver who blends operational fluency with a tool-savvy mindset—someone who’s excited to identify bottlenecks, automate manual processes, and craft robust internal systems that help Crux scale, designing and building infrastructure and process across our new areas of the business including Debt and Investment Products. Eliminate manual work: Identify high-leverage repetitive tasks – especially in lead qualification, onboarding, internal handoffs, and compliance – and design scrappy, scalable automation to replace them. Move fast on scoped MVPs, leverage off-the-shelf tooling creatively, and iterate toward operational excellence. Partner closely with Commercial, Growth, Product, and Engineering to ensure systems are robust, business-aligned, and adopted. Support launch and integration of new product initiatives with a focus on system readiness and efficiency.
