Paid Performance Strategy:
- Design and own the full paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Lead the launch and optimization of retargeting programmes and own the allocation of over £5M in annual media spend.
- Manage distinct performance strategies for both B2C and B2B (SaaS) audiences within the business.
Analytics and Measurement:
- Be the internal authority on GA4, event architecture, attribution modeling, and conversion tracking.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to provide visibility into CAC, LTV, and ROAS by segment.
- Run a structured A/B and multivariate testing programme across creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to align paid acquisition with pipeline quality and revenue outcomes.
- Champion the use of AI tools across campaign management, creative iteration, and workflow optimization.
- Operate in a hands-on capacity within the platforms and data while setting strategic direction.
