About the Role:
- Responsible for finding, onboarding, and activating high-quality partners.
- This is a hands-on, performance-driven role.
- You’ll own the journey from first contact through activation.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect via LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand goals and promotion strategies.
- Support partners in launching their first campaigns.

- You consistently activate new high-quality partners.
- Partners trust you and stay engaged through activation.
- Partners launch campaigns quickly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven.
- Experience using CRMs and digital tools.
