Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Tenjin, you will provide day-to-day support and consulting to Chinese-speaking developers using Tenjin’s platform, helping customers understand attribution, reporting, campaign analysis, and user acquisition performance. You will conduct onboarding sessions, product training, and feature walkthroughs in Mandarin, escalating and following up on technical issues with the product/engineering team, collecting product feedback and communicating it back to internal teams. The role will support sales with upsell/renewal opportunities through strong customer relationships and collaborate with marketing and product teams to create educational materials and content for Chinese-speaking users.
