Job Description
Velocity Global is seeking a technically-oriented Salesforce Specialist who can architect and implement complex solutions across our platform, with a strong focus on AI integration and advanced automation workflows. This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce platform expertise, automation engineering, and emerging AI technologies, supporting our global operations.
You will design and implement AI-enhanced automation solutions using Flow Builder, Make.com , Zapier, and N8N. Also, architect workflows incorporating LLMs (like OpenAI's GPT models) and AI services into business processes. Build and maintain cross-platform integrations and intelligent workflows using RESTful APIs, create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations, and lead technical solution design sessions with stakeholders. Furthermore, you will manage API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, develop and maintain complex validation rules, formula fields, and flows, and drive technical best practices and innovation across the platform.
