As a Director, Enterprise Solutions Engineering, you will lead a team of high-performing pre-sales Solutions Engineers that supports complex sales cycles within our Enterprise segment. You’ll partner closely with Enterprise sales leadership to align SE coverage with pipeline priorities, coach your team through technical discovery and solution design, and ensure executional excellence across demos, POCs, and technical validation. In this role, you’ll support strategic deals directly—providing technical leadership, influencing the solution design, and helping shape the business case alongside Enterprise Account Executives.
Internally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Enablement to elevate the SE team’s impact and drive continuous improvement in how we position and deliver Cresta’s platform. Responsibilities include coaching SE's on deal strategy, creating development plans, aligning with Enterprise Sales Leaders, managing SE team capacity, providing hands-on support for strategic accounts, collaborating with Product, and delivering high-impact demos.
